The Midnight Melon Chainmail Necklace turns a fruit-inspired colour palette into something darker, sharper and more gothic. Handmade with polished silver-tone chainmail, this statement necklace features deep red crystal drops, green accent stones, pale and black details, hanging star charms and a central ring pendant. The design is inspired by the contrast of watermelon colours - red, green and silver - but reworked through Grizz Studio®’s darker visual language. The upper chainmail structure gives the necklace an armour-like silhouette, while the hanging chains and red crystal drops add movement and drama. At the centre, a clustered pendant brings together red, green, black and pale stones, creating a focal point that feels both playful and nocturnal. Depending on the specific design, components may include zinc alloy, aluminium alloy, plated parts, resin stones, glass crystals or acrylic decorative elements. Finish: Dark gothic silver - created from stainless steel, plated metal, antique silver-tone or oxidised-style components for a gothic, medieval and industrial character. Chainmail construction: Gothic chainmail-inspired structure using box chain, Byzantine-inspired links, orbital rings, layered chain or mixed decorative chain patterns depending on the design. Ring gauge: Mixed - commonly 18–20 gauge or mixed-gauge rings depending on the design. Approx. weight: 80–180 grams (handmade; varies per design). Size Guide - Necklace Length For layered necklaces, each length corresponds to one layer of the design: 13.8 in (~35 cm) - Choker layer: Sits close to the neck. 15.8 in (~40 cm) - Collarbone layer: Rests near the collarbone. 17.7 in (~45 cm) - Princess layer: Slightly longer layered drop. Exact fit may vary slightly by neck size and design. As each piece is handmade, small variations in length and finish may occur. Skin & Allergy Information Stainless steel components are generally more skin-friendly.
