Your order

When you place an order we send you an order confirmation. The contract is made when we confirm your order and your payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

You must be 18 or over, and give us correct and complete delivery, billing and contact details.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices for UK delivery include VAT. Orders outside the UK do not include UK VAT, and import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept cards through Stripe (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Klarna or Clearpay pay-later where offered, subject to approval by the provider. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details. Production starts once payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order goods

Pieces are handcrafted to order, typically ready within 3–5 business days and dispatched within 1 business day. Because of this, you can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, and after that only if production has not begun. Personalised and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Slight variations in finish are a mark of handmade work and are not faults.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (where they apply). Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Website use and intellectual property

Content on this site, including designs, images, text and the Grizz Studio® name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, resell or exploit it without our written permission. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to transmit malicious code.

Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product. Some pages link to third-party sites that we do not control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts, and this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
